THB as a (re)insurance broker will collect and use relevant information from clients or third parties about you, insured persons or beneficiaries to provide the insurance cover you require and to meet any legal obligations.

We will only disclose your personal information in connection with the (re)insurance cover that we look to place with (re)insurers.

In order to effect insurance cover your information may be shared with, and used by, a number of third parties in the insurance sector for example, (re)insurers, agents or brokers, loss adjusters, sub-contractors, regulators, law enforcement agencies, fraud and crime prevention and detection agencies and compulsory insurance databases.
