Nigel Moorhouse was appointed to the Board in 2000, having previously served as a non-executive director of THB Limited. He is a qualified chartered accountant and a director of a number of private companies. He is the senior independent director on the Board. Nigel is Chairman of THB's Audit and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Nominations and Risk Committees.
