Corinne Hepworth joined THB in 1999 from Drake Insurance, and was appointed to the Board in July 2004. She obtained an MBA in 1994 and is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is responsible for all aspects of personnel policy, practice and procedure across the Group.
