Vic Thompson formed what is now Thompson Heath & Bond Limited in 1968 and secured its admission as a firm of Lloyd's brokers in 1977. In 2002, he took the Group to listing on the London Stock Exchange, Alternative Investment Market (AIM). He is responsible for group strategy and corporate development and is also Chairman of THB's Risk Committee.
