Active Risk Management highly commended in Brake safety awards
Leading risk management solutions provider, Active Risk Management (ARM), part of insurance group THB, has been highly commended in this year's safety awards presented by road safety charity, Brake, which campaigns to save lives on the road and support families bereaved and injured by road crashes.
Active Risk Management was recognised in the prestigious awards for the combination of its online driver permit and 'grey fleet' solution in evaluating driver eligibility.
The online driver permit provides fleet managers with a continual, online and fully auditable record for each driver that shows whether they have fulfilled the necessary criteria that make them eligible to drive on company business.
Active Risk Management aims to help businesses make significant cost savings (through an average of 8% fuel savings, according to the Department of Environment, Transport & The Regions, as well as fewer accidents, lower vehicle maintenance costs and potentially lower insurance premiums) by taking simple and practical steps to address the risks associated with driving at work.
